I had a great experience at Bridgeview Endoscopy!! Every doctor, nurse, tech, receptionist, etc is so kind and professional!!! I was so nervous to get a colonoscopy but they reassured me and it was a breeze!!!
My gastroenterology group scheduled an upper endoscopy 2 months in advance. Found out 48 hrs before that the anesthesiologist wanted clearance from cardiologist and an echo cardiogram before I could have the procedure. They've had me scheduled for 2 months! Plans had been made by myself, my driver and someone to watch kids. Staff at this facility and gastro office are wonderful. It's the sharing of information that's horrible.
I’ve had 2 endoscopies here and they were both a breeze. No stress needed. The staff are wonderful & prepared. As someone who gets a lot of tests & procedures done, it’s a relief and a joy to know I’m in good hands here.
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My nurse, Theresa, was very kind, and able to get my IV first shot. We had some issues and I had to come back at 4:30 so my test could be done as the last procedure. Tonya took care of me in post op. She was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were great also. People are quick to complain, but I think it is important to acknowledge a great job done. Kathy B.
I had a colonoscopy scheduled 2 months in advance with this facility. The day before the procedure Bridgeview contacted my GI's office to inform them that they do not take my insurance and had cancelled my appointment. How did this happen??? Why wasn't this handled when the procedure was initially scheduled? I am a medical professional that would NEVER allow this to happen to a patient!
