I’ve had 2 endoscopies here and they were both a breeze. No stress needed. The staff are wonderful & prepared. As someone who gets a lot of tests & procedures done, it’s a relief and a joy to know I’m in good hands here.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy today. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My nurse, Theresa, was very kind, and able to get my IV first shot. We had some issues and I had to come back at 4:30 so my test could be done as the last procedure. Tonya took care of me in post op. She was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses in the procedure room were great also. People are quick to complain, but I think it is important to acknowledge a great job done. Kathy B.

I had a colonoscopy scheduled 2 months in advance with this facility. The day before the procedure Bridgeview contacted my GI's office to inform them that they do not take my insurance and had cancelled my appointment. How did this happen??? Why wasn't this handled when the procedure was initially scheduled? I am a medical professional that would NEVER allow this to happen to a patient! I was nervous about my first colonoscopy but they made the whole process go by so quickly and smoothly. I hardly had any wait time at all. They took me back as soon as I finished my paperwork. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind, patient and understanding, and they made me feel very safe. Dr.Williams and the entire team were great at explaining things so I never felt in the dark. This place doesn't care about your time. They make it as difficult as they can, and just lie and mislead about time. They only care about their own schedule. Anyone else can wait.
