I was nervous about my first colonoscopy but they made the whole process go by so quickly and smoothly. I hardly had any wait time at all. They took me back as soon as I finished my paperwork. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind, patient and understanding, and they made me feel very safe. Dr.Williams and the entire team were great at explaining things so I never felt in the dark. This place doesn't care about your time. They make it as difficult as they can, and just lie and mislead about time. They only care about their own schedule. Anyone else can wait.

Waiting for a patient to an have endoscopy (appt at 11 and not taken until 1230). Also, was told to be at the facility by 10:15. Absurd - not necessary. 45 minutes before procedure was to be done? Does not take 45 minutes to complete paperwork. Providers are all amazing. However, scheduling process is a bit frustrating. Listening to the same publication on the TV was torture.
