Talk about a painless experience. From booking to billing, and the dentistry in between, this was the best dental experience I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Phuong Luu!
Big thanks to Dr. Phuong Luu with Bridgeview Dental and her team! Went in for a cleaning, and they found two cavities. No problem - they fixed them up the next day. They even sorted out my insurance issues really fast. And guess what? We had a lot of fun and laughs too. Thanks a lot to Dr. Phuong Luu and everyone there for making it easy and Fun!
Didn't work out for me but maybe you'll have a different experience. Couldn't figure out how to freeze the nerve in my tooth in 2 attempts but froze my tongue and ear. Then suggested it was an "anomaly" and possibly due to my anxiety. Then why did my tongue and ear freeze? Started drilling before asking if the freezing had taken. Giggled when I raised my hand to indicate I was in pain. Filled the small portion that got drilled and promised to call the next day to check in and see if I was ok. 2 days later, no call whatsoever... read more
