Worst experience as a customer in my life Horrible experience. Probably the worst I've been treated as a customer, from register clerk, to store manager, to general manager, to owner, in my entire life. I asked to return an item which was left to be monogrammed after having the towing company called because we walked next door to grab lunch after shopping... our items were still in the store to be monogrammed.
