Very unprofessional got agitated when was told that it was very HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION SHE TOTALLY SHUT DOWN AND REFUSED ANY FOLLOW UP TREATMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Dr Arnette was personable, friendly and as gentle as she could be based on the type of test I had. I felt very comfortable and cared about in the short time I was with her.
Dr. Arnett is a true professional. She connects by asking great questions and listening intently. She is encouraging, and offers care suggestions.
Dr ARNETT always goes above and beyond to provide medical care and makes sure that you the person are taken care of. She spends time with you and always looks you in the eye when she speaks with you.
Dr. Arnett seemed very stressed and impatient during my visit . It was my first time being seen by her and I did not feel welcomed. While waiting, I observed her speaking at an elevated tone to her colleague regarding registration procedures, her tone, and repetitive conversation was unsettling. Once Dr. Arnett called me back for my appointment, I gathered my belongings, but apparently, I was not moving/responding quickly enough and within seconds she called my name again. I felt rushed.
