If you need a Doctor that is going to listen to you and address your concerns. Dr. Cooper is that Doctor! She has been my doctor for many years and has always listen and addressed my concerns. She is compassionate and one of those doctors that you can trust to be there for you when you are in need. She makes you feel comfortable about talking about your well being. I can not say enough for the excellent service and caring person she truly is!
My father in law has Dr. Cooper and whenever we need to get in contact or have an appointment she is never in the office. It is a struggle to get any kind of information from her regarding his health. We DO have a POA for health and general on file but they can never seem to find it? There is ALWAYS an issue, my husband went with him today at 11am and was told to move or leave because they were having a bridal shower?? This is so unprofessional especially during business hours.
