Good day y’all Just want to say that I usually dread going to any dentistry in the past. I’ve never had a good experience till I moved to Bridgetown. Dr Wallace has been great with all my dental needs from cleaning, to dealing with taking care of my gums and extraction of teeth that was in poor condition due to me having a horrible situation in the past from my orthodontist who put permanent retainers on my top and bottom teeth that lead me to get this gum disease. My mother is a patient. My issue is not so much with the service provided, but with the practices inability, or perhaps want is a better word, to participate in the Canadian Senior Dental Care plan. Realizing the Canadian government is not the best partner, the practices refusal to use a program that may be of benifit to some clients, while still charging full price is just wrong.

There are better dentists in the Valley. Their practice of never answering the phone is maddening. I think most people have better things to do than wait for a call back. The last time I was there I read a sign about how important it was for patients to be on time. The dental hygienist was 30 minutes late for my appointment. She was putout when I expressed my displeasure with her lateness. Last time I checked they do not accept the government dental plan. Thankfully, I have found a much better dentist.
