I went to the dentist because I thought a smaller dentist would be less scammy than the larger places. I had three abscesses that are pretty serious. I still have them. When I got in there he told me he couldn't break the payments down. His exact words were I am not a bank. He also told me he needed me to go get my x-rays from the last place I went to. I appreciated the staff getting me in promptly. I was satisfied with the assistant. However, I found Dr. Maddox to have an abrupt, rude and argumentative attitude. He did temporarily fix my crown but I was mildly uncomfortable due to his lack of bedside manner. I will not return. I feel a dentist needs to be able to comfort and reassure a patient without rude comments and attitude. Ive had mostly kind dentists but he lacked empathy.

I don’t typically write reviews but I had to just so I could recommend this place to any and everyone that comes across this. I could not have chosen a better dentist. The wait time is minimal and the staff truly cares about you and makes you feel welcomed and comforted. I first went in for a cleaning and they took their time and explained everything they were doing. The second time I came in to get my gap filled in that I had in the front of my teeth. Very nice dentist and staff. We were looking for a new dentist because my youngest son was having issues with his wisdom teeth and they were able to get us in next day. Double checked everything with insurance to make sure was covered before doing anything. We will be back with our other 2 kids for cleanings!!
