Very pleased with the home building process from start to finish especially during COVID and supply chain shortages. House was finished on time and was essentially complete and fully operational on move-in day. Pulte is a seasoned production builder and did a great job coordinating and sequencing the incredible number moving parts it takes to build a house.
Absolutely great salesperson, construction manager and Customer Service; Lance, Patrick and Ryan took care of everything! Very happy!
Fantastic community in beautiful SW Florida. Pulte homes are built rock solid.
