Great hotel experience! Everyone was so friendly.
Investors beware! This seemingly successful real estate company is all smoke and mirrors with little to no experience in hospitality. They are unethical, buying another in-market property that directly competes with another. No sound financial planning or experience in running hotels. They have been forced to divest half of the portfolio and barely hanging on to the others.
