Go elsewhere, you won’t regret it. The way these ladies speak to their clients is awful. Refused to transfer my Medicals to a dentist .3 miles from my house unless, I paid $40 - a debt I’ve never been notified of until I asked for my records. Even received a text message at 5:05pm on Wednesday, December 24th about the “debt”. Yeah dinner time on Christmas Eve? My new dentist said the work they did was unsatisfactory.

Go elsewhere, you won’t regret it. The way these ladies speak to their clients is awful. Refused to transfer my Medicals to a dentist .3 miles from my house unless, I paid $40 - a debt I’ve never been notified of until I asked for my records. Guess that was their last ditch effort to keep me there, but in the end it’s going to back fire on them. My new dentist said the work they did is horrible, and I’m considering civil litigation after the letter I wrote to Consumer Affairs is acknowledged.

I don’t recommend going there.I needed a tooth pulled but I specifically told them I do not want to do that without having something to fill the gap same day so I can work dealing with the public for my profession. They said ok. The dentist removed 2 teeth and sold me a flipper( cosmetic only) instead of a partial denture. It did not fit because it wasn’t made properly. When I came back he tried to make it fit and when it didn’t he tried to use denture creeme to attach it to the roof of my mouth instead of offering to remake... read more

After one cleaning with Kristen, I decided this office was not the right fit for me. She cleaned aggressively, tugging at my permanent retainer, and the rest of the cleaning felt rushed. Overall, the exam did not meet the standards I expect, so I would not recommend this practice, particularly with Kristen as the hygienist.
