She listens to my problems then takes.action and doesn’t hesitate to get answers for me in a timely manner. When I call with a question, the staff gets back to me within a day and sets up appointments for what I need if I should need to go to a specialist. I have no problem recommending Bridget Hoffman Mackinac to anyone who wants to get results to their health issues!
Great care, great medical professional, who listens to you, and tries to help you, treating you as an individual rather than just another patient. If you are looking for great primary care, look no longer , Dr Fala and Bridget Hoffman, NP are both great!!!
So glad we found DR. Fala! He is a great doctor and willing to work with his patients in anyway. I felt so welcomed there! Also Bridgett who works in his office is really helpful and good at what she does, very happy with her! They are really taking good care of us and it’s obvious they truly care about their patients.
So caring, understanding, she is very thorough.
