Everyone was very kind and professional. Ivan handled my x rays and took care of my cleaning as well as possible. Great place with lovely people.
(2 star so this can't be removed, in reality I would give 1 star) My experience with this clinic has been terrible. I went in for a routine visit, only to be told I have gum disease. They didn't tell me the stage or severity, just that I needed a deep cleaning and that they'd let me know when my insurance approved. They said it would take a week. HORRIBLE, DANGEROUS, LYING BUSINESS. This place has been judgmental and given me hell. Had 30 X-rays done on me because they were training someone and couldn't get it right. That was scary and is not good for health and they placed mouth piece wrong and cut side of my mouth. I kept getting attitude from the dental assistants. The man who was checking my gums started talking to me already about preparing to pay out of pocket like they assumed that my Medicaid wouldn't cover me then i waited a month to be told my insurance den... read more
1 Star for the receptionist, The hygienist, dental assistant and doctor gets none. Went in for possible cavity on my wisdom tooth. For some reason the assistant thought that was funny saying I was talking about my molar. Like no girl I know what teeth I have and don't have maybe you should go back to school and learn the difference maybe be taught some bed side manners instead of laughing at patients.
