I am not a patient of Dr. Briggs, but my mother is. Today, I took her to a follow up visit with the PA after a recent hospitalization. When the nurse was taking her vitals, she asked if my mom wanted to address anything in addition to her hospitalization with the provider. I first started going to this doctor years ago because she came highly recommended. I watched her work ethic and practice decline over the years. I have quit being a patient at her practice because I cannot get a phone call answered, I always wait over an hour when I have a scheduled appointment, they do not answer their email on their patient portal, and I can no longer get in to see the doctor, only her PAs.
