I first started going to this doctor years ago because she came highly recommended. I watched her work ethic and practice decline over the years. I have quit being a patient at her practice because I cannot get a phone call answered, I always wait over an hour when I have a scheduled appointment, they do not answer their email on their patient portal, and I can no longer get in to see the doctor, only her PAs. Always at least 1 hour late. Never available to refill prescriptions online and insanely difficult to make appointments by phone. I have to drive into the office to schedule, I was charged for my prescription refill appointments and spoken to rudely. I’m definitely going to find a new doctor, No one deserves to be treated like this!
She has taken good care of my needs and referred me to quality specialists.
