Always at least 1 hour late. Never available to refill prescriptions online and insanely difficult to make appointments by phone. I have to drive into the office to schedule, I was charged for my prescription refill appointments and spoken to rudely. I’m definitely going to find a new doctor, No one deserves to be treated like this!

the receptionists rarely pick up the phone or call back after voicemails. it makes setting an appointment and asking questions such a hassle because i can’t just call for a simple question, i have to come in person every time
I went to this doctor because the website said that her practice was a holistic approach. Yet, when I saw her, she tried to talk me into taking meds. Then, she tried to convince me to buy expensive supplements (which cost less at other places). To make it worse, she talked me into her $100.00/ month treatments with a 1 year commitment which I never used! I don't get off work early enough for these appointments either. I'm so mad at myself for letting her talk me into $1200 for nothing!
