Doesn't even deserve a star. I came here twice and both experience were unpleasant. Staff are unhelpful and not friendly at all. Will never recommend to anyone and will never come back

Since the change in management, this location has improved significantly. Gareth provides solid, practical advice and genuinely cares about helping customers, a refreshing contrast to the previous management. The experience here is much more professional and customer-focused now.
Don’t go here if you’re a young girl going alone - what i’m assuming was the manager spoke to me like absolute dirt regarding the wheels I had booked online, I booked the same thing I had previously got for my car and he belittled me instead of being helpful was rude and I left in tears, i’m very disappointed as last time I came around August 2024 I had exceptional service by a young guy who was so respectful and helpful. On my way to Tony’s Tyre Service who were super accommodating straight away.
