I came to this tyre shop based on the many 5 star reviews. But I had a very disappointing experience, I needed a puncture fixed ($39 at the time), but was told the puncture couldn’t be fixed, and I had to buy 2 new tyres as my thread was worn and unsafe to drive. They couldn’t even put my spare tyre on!! There were many different versions of the problem with my tyres, as the staff member wasn’t explaining g to me directly, but relying information to the boss. Wow! Stopped in today to organise some tyres (wish I got the really awesome helpful guy's name), no problem to rotate my tyres right there and then! See you in a couple of months
Absolutely brilliant service from both staff members working this Saturday. I always find Tyre Shop Service on Saturdays very subpar but not from here! These guys were happy to help, they provided a fast/friendly service and ultimately one that will bring me back in the future.
So helpful and generous! Got a puncture repair done so quickly as a walk in. Friendly and so great to deal with.
