I had an urgent puncture and Bridgestone Northwood were fantastic – they got me back on the road quickly. The staff were very helpful and super friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend their service!
The staff at the shop were super friendly and super accomodating! We had a big puncture in our tire and they were able to fix it same day! And when I returned they put the tire back on for me! :) very friendly and easy to deal with all staff were super polite!

Excellent service from the staff at Northwood after a rocky start. My advice is that you make absolutely sure you enter the right size for your tyres. Entering your plate number is not enough. If the size of your tyres happens not to be the original you'll cause yourself and the franchise trouble. That is because prices are drastically different for different sized of the same model of tyre, and not even the same special offers apply to them. It's probably safer to just call the branch.
