The alignment tech was primo at helping me sort a problem. Really good fella. And the lady in the office is all good too.

Super grateful to the guy at the workshop, who was able to fit me in to replace my tyres so quickly and was so helpful! However, the lady at reception was not pleasant to deal with at all and didn’t even acknowledge me after my payment went through, merely handed me my receipt and key then carried on her work. I’d like to think it was a one off but my engagement on the phone with her was much the same.
