Broke a spring on the caravan up near Marla , Patrick was up early and got it back to his workshop in Cooper Pedy ordered a whole new suspension up from Adelaide and fitted it all up and we were on the road to Darwin in a few days, a big thank you to pat and his wife for all they did I can’t recommend them enough, Thankyou .
The best caravan advice I’ve ever received. Patrick is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely concerned about his customers. He provides exceptional service at a great price. He helped us at extremely short notice after we experienced a scare with one of our tyres due to an alignment issue. He realigned our wheels and updated our tyres so we could return safely to Melbourne. He also gave us additional information regarding ongoing maintenance. A Very ambitious owner here "Pat Hall" , (possibly related to Ben) as by which name he is locally identified or Mostly referred too has some dastardly testimonials which I believe is largely due to the fact that he is NOT a repairer of worn out parts and bits... Rather a replacer of those bits and bobs as law requires. Priorortising one against another always envolves time and sacrifice. This is Not the city . First lesson for New comers to the "Outback"!
