Paid for 2 tyres and a wheel alignment. Upon collection, found that no tyres had been replaced but the wheel alignment had been completed. I returned the vehicle and waited whilst they replaced the 2 tyres. Since then, I have found wheel-nut-socket damage on all 4 wheels, which was not there prior. Overall poor experience but plus 1 star for the friendly gentleman in the office.
Rod has been there for years and definitely delivers great service . He has always delivered on what he promised and if I had a special request for a quick turnaround I was always accommodated
If you go to Robina Bridgestone , make sure you see Rob .. he is genuine and looks out for his customers… good on you Rob 👍
