Fantastic team! Had a nail in my tyre and the team slotted me in immediately and reviewed the car. Best thing was the nail hadn't punctured the tyre fully but even after all their review and testing they did not charge a cent. Business who remain honest, definitely recommend.
Got 2 new tires about 2 weeks ago. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to book online and includes prices. Overall good experience
Great service so far. Guy at the reception was friendly and did not try to force upsell. He gave me an idea of what else I may need and I politely refused. He was professional and accpted my refusal. No issues. Wish more could be like him rather than always try to push or use scare tactics to get more sales. Appreciate the great service. Looks like Bridgestone Parramatta will be my go to place from now on.
