Buyer be aware! I purchased an apartment from this Developer and was one of the first to move in November 2023. I am yet to have my many of defects corrected and the ones that have been worked on are not to a reasonable standard - see my roof painted a different colour to the rest of the roof. I have requested many times for my defects to be fixed and have waited patiently for many months (20 months). I keep getting told they will be fixed but have no date.
