For delivering, there is a phone number at the back of the building. If you don't know what type of cargo you have (deliverynumberetc), you need to wait until someone comes and sees it. It's because they have one more place for delivery half mile down the road. Unloading was done in 20 minutes. Pick ups, you just follow the signs. I've been here before 7am, there were 6 trucks waiting to ne loaded. When I've returned around 8:30h, just 1 was on the dock. It means that these guys load you in 20 minutes also... Always fast unload on rear of building
If you are delivering Slip Sheets (rubber sheets) they might send you to their other location half a mile down the street. It can be one guy unloaded between two buildings so don’t be surprised if you are here for of 11/2-21/2 hours. Your tandems must be able to slide back. If you are coming from the Trenton, SC with slip sheets, Park your truck up front and check in at the building in the back with “Bandag” next to the door.
