Let me clarify that when they sent me to clean the trailer, someone stood next to me, looking over my shoulder while I was cleaning. It's clear that this is very rude behavior. That person stayed by my side watching what I was doing, and because of that alone, I don't want to go back to that place. That's the rudest thing you can do to someone: look over their shoulder while they're working.

Shame on your company for forcing employees to come into work during an ice storm when even local 911 messages were begging people to stay off the very dangerous roads. And what came of it? A huge pileup, thanks to your appalling management!

I purchased a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid in April 2025, which came factory-equipped with Bridgestone Turanza tires. By the time I reached 20,000 miles, the tires showed excessive wear: three tires measured at 4/32nds and one at 3/32nds. At my 25,000-mile service, the tread depths dropped further to three tires at 3/32nds and one tire at 2/32nds, which is at or below safe limits. I see other good reviews but not today supposed to be a drop and hook first they tell me what lot to drop the empty in just to have someone else come tell me to move it to a different lot after already in the process of dropping it. Then I get to find out they have lost the loaded trailer I’m supposed to be picking up over 2 hours for a drop and hook and still no trailer
