I was begged to NOT post a review as "it would effect my store" stated Jordan the store manager. On September 25, I purchased 4 new Firestone/Bridgestone Weatherguard tires. 10 days later, on October 4th, the back driver side tire exploded, dropping the car to the rim while traveling 20 mph in downtown Cleveland. The tire was replaced, and feeling future issues with the rermaining tires I felt pressured into purchasing "Resolv" Tire Protection Membership" to protect my vehicle of any additional tire issues. I like the customer service I get fromeom the reps at bridgestone. They seem to be very knowledgeable and patient with customers. It kinda softens the cushion of forking out hundreds of dollars at a mechanic shop. Lol if you like standard or want top tier auto care service & products, then this bridgestone has you covered. Tom was an excellent servicemen and I'm very confident I'll be back for all my service needs.
