I've been using Firestone for over 30 years and always have gotten great service. At this location Ross, I think that's his name, helping me with my order got me a great price for the tire and then Heather was great to get me in early and it took less than an hour to get everything done. Very appreciative of all the great service at this location.

Called to get a quote on tires. A woman answered and all she said was SERVICE. Explained I needed a quote on a set of tires. She abruptly asked "vehicle?". Started to tell her the make of my subaru only to get cut off with " we don't do those. We only service 18 wheelers" and then as I'm trying to say thank you she just hangs up. Even if they did have tires I would NEVER go there after that. Horrible experience with a rude associate. I'd give 0 if I could

Worst place to even call.! Just tried to get a price and she said naw, and hung up.! Great experience NOT.!
