Highly UNRECOMMENDED very very expensive. I went to repair only ONE tire and it cost me 33$ and waited for a hour only for repairing one tire !!!
Location coming in big for me and my family. Hit something on I-10 and it sliced my tire. It was the only tire store open on Sunday. Not only were they able to help us out; but were friendly and got us turned around as quickly as possible. Thank you again so much
the worst service in Houston, I do not recommend it, 2 hours doing an inspection, something illogical and out of time.
So I got my tires rotated at another location free of charge. A few days later I started having some wobble in the front end of my vehicle. I called Firestone in Kingwood Texas they said yes this could be a balancing issue or an alignment due to the rotation of the tires. Nobody informed me that I would have to pay for a balance or an alignment. When I rotated the tires.
