I use to like tire Rama but I had the worst experience ever. I dropped my car off for the mechanics to look at because it wasn't getting much power and check engine light was flashing. They said it wasn't giving any codes and said their mechanics were booked the entire day and would try to get it in. About 2 hours later is when they called and said it didn't give any codes and when I asked them if they could take a look at my car manually they said both their mechanics left early for the day, it was 1pm. I had a fantastic experience getting my tires replaced! The staff were super friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated their honest recommendations. The waiting area was comfortable too, making the whole process much more pleasant.
Came in not by choice, they dropped everything to get us back on the road ASAP. That's why we're Tire-Rama people, and it was very nice to find this location was great too. Tire-Rama must do a good job hiring management for the different locations, cause you rarely hear of customer service issues at individual locations. 👍👍
Had our tire being wobbly and took it in. They said the bead was off and fixed it for free in 20 minutes. Highly recommend
