What a scammers stay away as possible from this shop I called the district manager and he doesn’t even answers his phone and his voicemail is full.
Relationship started out nice, got my oil changed here exclusively for awhile, bought new tires a few times, decided to get my brakes done, and asked if they would replace the headlights with new bulbs on that visit. Was told "yep replaced em no problem" and was lied to my face. They forever lost my business after that.
Here at 6 am one person ahead of me 3 houres for tire rotatio I asked catelin what was taking so long. Her answer was. It's in shop. MUST BE WORKING ON IT. The service at this shop has gone to hell. . And employers are rude. Customer for years. I can't believe. This. This is the 3rd time trying to get work done. I paid extra for free rotational Leake repair.
Great bunch of employees and always ready to go extra mile to help out. Reasonable pricing and competent service.
Very helpful staff!! My car broke down at the nearby gas station and a kind young man helped me get my car over to the shop and went above and beyond!! And thank you also to his coworker who helped push my car into the bay!
