Completely awful! I called and kindly asked if they had my tire size in stock. Before I could even finish talking, the man who answered the phone hung up in my face. I called back and he ignored my calls. My husband called and the same man answered. My husband asked why he hung up on me that way and the man said and I quote "Yea I did and guess what, Ill do it again" then proceeded to hang up in his face. He went up there to leave a formal complaint. This is not acceptable and this man needs to be fired immediately!
