After the devastation caused by Helene, we were unable to properly access our property for nearly a year. Toward the end of last year, BTTOS constructed an outstanding 60-foot bridge that restored safe and reliable access. Our old neighborhood bridge at Cane Crest Circle in Fairview, NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene in September 2024, leaving 14 homes isolated and the former bridge site severely damaged. We took bids from several companies and decided on BTTOS. Throughout the whole process, BTTOS maintained excellent communications with our bridge team right through to the end. Bridges To The Other Side was very professional in all aspects regarding our need for a bridge reconstruction after Hurricane Helene destroyed our old bridge. The initial assessment appointment was done in a timely manner during an extremely difficult period for our region. Construction began a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and was completed within a reasonable time frame. The bridge is a high quality structure.

I couldn't be more pleased with these guys. Unlike so many contractors I've dealt with the in last few years, they didn't go up on their pricing at all and they did every single thing they said they would do. The bridge turned out perfect.
