Very dissatisfied with my interactions with this company. After my first session I was denied, for what I understood to be a reasonable explanation. However, when I asked to be contacted by the person that made the decision for further clarification, I was ignored. I still have yet to hear from this person. As a veteran medic(navy corpsman), I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by this company.
I am more than satisfied with the amount of flexibility around the COVID19 pandemic. My young child loves her counselor here and I LOVE that she has an outlet that makes her feel safe, comfortable and most importantly, HAPPY! They offer virtual session or in person while maintaining a clean environment that genuinely makes me feel like my child is safe! Bravo to this place! I didn’t expect this superior service from seeing the tiny exterior but I was pleasantly surprised!
