This is genuinely the best GP I’ve ever been to. Always manage to get an appointment and the receptionists are always helpful and friendly. I’ve seen 3 of the GPS and they’re all brilliant - although they like to try and see the same patients for continuity so I tend to just see one. All the GPs are always supportive and very experienced. They manage to keep exceptionally high standards in a very difficult system.
The service is best for everything but only disappointed that they start cut back most of patient medication too.
Excellent surgery. Never had any problems getting an appointment. The GPs and nursing staff have provided nothing but outstanding service in my experience.
Always been great, Dr Lewis has gone above and beyond to help me with issues and can get an appointment same day.
A nice practice with lovely doctors, nurses and reception staff however I cancelled an appointment that is linked with appointment on my messages and since then I have a phone call to arrange a follow up appointment and was advised that I need to attend appointments and said I cancelled through the link and a follow up email to say make sure I cancel any appointments!! Called the reception and explained again that I did cancel through the link. Obviously no point in having the link as it doesn't work!!
