We are looking for relationship counselling. I firstly called Relationship Australia and was shocked by the ridiculously high amount they charge for each party for one session even though I am not working currently. You basically get palmed off onto independent operators without any consideration. Operators seem more concerned with extending sessions to maximise earnings rather than providing practical support to resolve issues.
The admin and payment system is awful. They want me to pay again when I have already paid. At 10.58am I received an email with the invoice I paid. Then at 12.05pm on the same day I received another email asking me to pay again. When I called, they said they've never received any payment. How's this possible??????
