I have been seeing Judy for 4 sessions doing inner child work. She has helped me overcome many painful and dark experiences that I have never been able to resolve or look at, as their were either too painful or I just never thought to go there. She was kind, compassionate and professional and I felt an enormous release of past trauma. We are looking for relationship counselling. I firstly called Relationship Australia and was shocked by the ridiculously high amount they charge for each party for one session even though I am not working currently. Then I remembered Bridges Counselling, which was highly recommended by my favourite counsellor from previous counselling. I called and got to talk to Michael. You basically get palmed off onto independent operators without any consideration. Operators seem more concerned with extending sessions to maximise earnings rather than providing practical support to resolve issues.

The admin and payment system is awful. They want me to pay again when I have already paid. At 10.58am I received an email with the invoice I paid. Then at 12.05pm on the same day I received another email asking me to pay again. When I called, they said they've never received any payment. How's this possible??????
