Called a couple of months ago to research 203k loan inspection. Was told by secretary that they were familiar with the loan process and have done plenty in the past. Was told would be no problem to schedule an inspection. Fast forward to today. I called to schedule an inspection and was told they don't do anything with 203k loans and weren't taking any new clients. Just seems kinda rude but what do I know?
Bridges Construction built a new home for us in Anderson Springs. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with our new home! The Bridges crew were always very nice, professional and were hard workers. They always addressed any questions we had. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
Bridges Construction did a bathroom remodel for us as well as fixing some electrical issues that came with the house when we bought it. They were punctual, professional, trustworthy, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough...and of course they do beautiful work! We will definitely be hiring them again for any and all construction jobs!
