They are amazing
Once you get past the orientation and you actually get an appointment I think it is a great place. It’s just the initial wait and bureaucracy is off putting.
I reiterate what the last person said. This is not healthcare. This is nonsense. Sit around and wait for a phone call in the abyss.
I am so disappointed and honestly completely discouraged with this “service.” I waited a month just to show up to a seminar that was a total waste of time — information I could’ve gotten from a newsletter. We were told we’d get an appointment promptly after attending, even reassured that wait times were shorter because it would be a phone appointment. And now?
