Our Dad was living in his apartment with full-time Aides mostly isolated from the community at his independent/assisted living complex. We made the difficult decision to move him to a memory care unit and found Bridges was the best fit for his needs. He was able to enjoy the daily activities (especially music) and the staff was attentive and excellent with the residents. Thank you Bridges for taking care of Dad and helping us navigate the complex issues of Dementia and care of loved ones.

Sharon Loveridge has a calming presence with the families that she works with. She provides just the right amount of dementia education. Sharon speaks to both the care-partner and the person with dementia with respect and clarity. She clearly contributes to the mission of Bridges !
My father was not doing well at his former memory care facility and was declining rapidly. The staff there insisted it was time to hire a full-time aide until he could be moved to a nursing home. I tried to take care of my dad when he first developed dementia. He wanted to stay at home, but it became too unsafe for him. He first tried assisted living at a different facility, but he actually got worse there- as he really needed memory care. After moving into Bridges, he seems so much more alert and also so happy. They keep him physically and mentally active and it has made a huge difference!
