I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Bridges Auto, I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my 2012 Cadillac CTS to Bridges Auto to have the A/C repaired. The repair required removing the dashboard to replace the expansion valve, and I understood that it was a labor-intensive job. I can’t recommend Bridges Auto Repair enough! They recently worked on my GMC Yukon and saved me a significant amount of money by replacing my oil cooler hose for nearly half of what GMC quoted me. Randy was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain the entire process, kept me informed throughout the repair, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. I’ve trusted Randy with my vehicles for over a decade, and he has always been honest, knowledgeable, and dependable.
I used used bridges, auto and electrical for many Years even prior to moving to Mayport Road I had no issues with the repairs they did on my vehicles over the years UntilCorey took over for his dad. Took my daughter’s car there for AC issues after two other shops could not fix it. They did fix it at a reasonable price. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was polite.
Great technicians. Ive been going to these guys for quite some time. The expertise and hitting it on the nail, solving the problem, while letting you know what might fail in the future. Highly respectable.
