Seemed like promising deal for a first time move- in but I'm appalled at the customer service. I have been calling to see a virtual tour, been two times, no answer. No one called me. And I had to send an email, no answer. I was also applying and I don't like how I can't proceed from the middle name insertion question. The web application process is not working, the forward button is not leading to the next question. How can I fill out an application, if this UI(user interface) related issue is slowing me down.
Easy process, Great staff, caring and attentive. I love it here already....peaceful place.
The process to move in was the best one I've experienced thus far. I was able to go online and select the exact apartment that I wanted to move into and completed most of the move-in process online. The staff is friendly enough. Even though I have talked to a couple of residents who had issues with the office staff, I've had nothing but good experiences each time. (I believe in treating people how you want to be treated) I've had a couple of maintenance issues since I moved in October 2024 but they were addressed immediately... read more
