The lovely man I seen today was very quick to help after being stuffed around by my own gp, the pharmacist and Wyong hospital. He had all the answers I was after and was able to explain things to me very clearly. He did a good job at listening and making me feel comfortable and understood and was able to offer me the help I was after
They changed the hours while we were standing outside for it to open... wish to leave a negative review, or have a way to inform people that they change the hours
16.06.25 yet another useless CC health service. If you have staff shortages POST IT ONLINE so we don't stand around at night with sick kids in the middle of winter. Absolutely abysmal communication.
First time needing to use the service as no gp was open or had appointments and very disappointing, it said it was open online and waited 30 minutes for them to open and they remained closed. No noticed at all which is pretty slack on the companies behalf especially because everyone who was lined up tonight all had kids with them.
