Positive review here! I rang late yesterday (Sunday) and got there ~ 20min before closing, other people waiting etc.. The lady at reception and the doctor could not have been more efficient, friendly and helpful. Many thanks again! Brett Jones
Excellent service, saved me waiting 5 hours at ER for my little one. Reception was helpful and lovely and Dr was thorough and great with kids. Very happy and got in quick.
Unfortunately turned up when they had advertised being open at 10am on a Sunday. Waited 40 mins alongside other people with no one showing up. Says it open on their website and when you call but you can’t call and talk to anyone. There were lots of people coming with kids and everything so pretty bad they didn’t have a closure notice on their door or anything
My personal experience, The receptionist and doctor that I saw tonight were both lovely, helpful, and professional. The Clinic was tidy, clean and felt comfortable, I only had to wait less than 20 minutes to be seen, my overall experience was a positive one. Thankyou 🩷
Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. There were 3 people in front of us but we ended up waiting for well over an hour because they had to call the ambulance for the patient before us. Totally understandable. When enquiring about getting antibiotics as it was now 10pm, the receptionist provided some helpful ideas, but the doctor would not prescribe antibiotics even though my son explained he has had pneumonia and sepsis before and felt the same.
