My personal experience, The receptionist and doctor that I saw tonight were both lovely, helpful, and professional. The Clinic was tidy, clean and felt comfortable, I only had to wait less than 20 minutes to be seen, my overall experience was a positive one. Thankyou 🩷
Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. There were 3 people in front of us but we ended up waiting for well over an hour because they had to call the ambulance for the patient before us. Totally understandable. When enquiring about getting antibiotics as it was now 10pm, the receptionist provided some helpful ideas, but the doctor would not prescribe antibiotics even though my son explained he has had pneumonia and sepsis before and felt the same. Showed up at 3pm on a Saturday when they ar supposedly open , waited half an hour, tried the intercom, tried calling and no one is here. So frustrating! If you can't be open when you're supposed to, put a sign up, change the outgoing message....I really needed to see a doctor and had no idea if I should wait. There are two cars on the parking lot so you'd there staff are here. Frustrating as the only other place available is the hospital!
Advertise open till 10.30 pm. Drove 25 mins and arrived 920pm only to find them closed
I couldn't risk not getting an appointment at my usual doctor in the morning and really needed antibiotics. This place is a great service. The doctor was great and the receptionist was very helpful.
