I’m so so sorry to write this review but my mother is a senior and relies on honest people and what would help if you answered the phone or even returned the messages. The older man was pretty good but the younger man is pathetic along with the older woman at the front desk - she needs a lesson on how to treat people. The hearing aids she got back in 2021 were very good but one developed a charging issue but was told it would be over $1000 to fix and recommended these cheap pieces of garbage because United Healthcare Medicar... read more
Dr. Mark is a man who is truly passionate about his profession, and the level of customer service at this family run business is outstanding to say the least. If you are in need of a true professional to help you with hearing problems, I highly recommend them and the hearing test is free and very thorough. I just got fitted today after waiting less than a week after my test, and already I can notice the difference. Professional audiology at its finest!! Ernie
Dr. Green does a good job listening to patients and getting them the care they need. You'll need to plan your appointment very well because they will happily let you out the door without addressing everything unless you remember all of it despite them wanting to know in advance what you're coming in for.
Excellent customer service, great 👍 products and care after the sale,I have stopped in a few times for cleaning 🧽 and they don’t charge for it 5 star rating….
