Every person from start to finish was courteous and professional. From the receptionist, the initial assistant and definitely the veterinarian. They did check in, blood work and a diabetes diagnosis in just a few short hours. Special shout outs to the care that the veterinarian had for our sick Corgi and the assistant that showed us how to administer insulin.

We arrived for our appointment and were immediately taken to an exam room were our pet was evaluated. The Dr. took here time with us to explain the options, then, gave a little time to make our decision. < br />An MRI and surgery were required which were both completed within 5hrs of our arrival. We kept informed throughout the procedures.

The best vet. Dr Carlos is the neurologist and him, his team, immaculate. The discharge notes left no room for questions. The scheduling was prompt, urgent. Prices were competitive for an MRI. I hope I never have to drive 6+ hours to visit this team again, but if I do, i truly know my pets are in great hands.

Exceptional front staff, expert techs & vets, a clean facility with state of the art equipment. Gallatin Valley is lucky to have you! My dog was seen quickly and given appropriate treatment, with great follow up in what to watch out for while he recovers

The staff were so kind and amazing. The doctor explained my pets surgery very clearly without being condescending and made time to answer all of my questions while reassuring me about the procedures outcome. The office was having technical difficulties with their wifi and still made a huge effort to go above and beyond in making sure I was informed on every step of her procedure and recovery.
