I have been seeing Laurie for well over a decade, and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. Laurie is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Does not honor appointment times. Told me they didn't have time for my appointment when I showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment I had officially scheduled the day before. This was a time sensitive appointment. I've worked in Healthcare for 10 years and I have never turned away a patient. I will not be returning here for any service. 0 Stars.
These small town docs are so terrified of getting Covid that they will not book sick appointments. They require you to have a negative test for an appointment, yet they do not provide testing. They are discriminating based on your symptoms. I had no issues getting an appointment with a clinic in Utah to be seen in person. Not sure why this clinic is so Covid shy but they need to get over it and actually serve the community they live in.
The new physician has treated my father horribly. After refusing to fill his blood pressure medication, he came in and AFTER they collected a copay, she threw him out and refused to treat him. The staff who took vitals said his blood pressure was skyrocketing prior to the interaction with the doctor. After saying how incredibly serious the impact of no meds for 2 weeks has been, he was obviously upset.
