Just went to sushi night. Joe and Wanda were the best. Awesome experience, great night out, hands on learning, great food and company. The place is amazing to walk around and see all they have to offer.
Warning to anyone hired by Bridger kitchens to do any type of work. They do not pay invoices on time, and will nickel and dime you to every which way possible. My company provided quality work at a very very reasonable rate. On another custom job order and completed on time they decided they had the authority to change the invoice, and still owe $300, as well as held off payment for 7 months.
