Where do I begin?! Kelli is a phenomenal coach and cares so much about her athletes. She puts countless hours into her programming and continuing education. The gym atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, everyone is always rooting you on! I participate in her Olympic lifting program and I love the confidence it’s instilled in me.
The community here is the best! I love the fun warm ups and competitive yet friendly environment! I’m trying a lot of things I definitely wouldn’t do in the gym myself. I’ve been to quite a few gyms similar to this but I really love how the coaches are always pushing us to strive to be our best! I would highly recommend!
As a newer member to the Star Valley community, I found moving to a smaller and more remote area difficult- luckily I found the community at Bridger Fitness. Every class is full of friendly and encouraging members. Most importantly, the coaches are well educated and willing to work and help athletes at all levels and abilities. It truly is a gym like none other!
The coaches at Bridger Fitness are all wonderful and extremely helpful. You can tell they are highly knowledgeable about what they do, and I look forward to coming back!
