I would NOT recommend renting a boat from this company for multiple reasons!! HORRIBLE customer service and very unprofessional. 1. They emailed us the wrong invoice with the wrong dates for our boat rental. It took about a week for me to get ahold of them to update it. 2. On the date of boat rental, we were given the wrong boat and it was a piece of CRAP. Extremely dirty, old, and seats all ripped up. Not worth the $500+ that we paid for. 3. Great service department, worked with Chris. Brought boat in for a ladder installation. Shop had part ordered and installed way ahead of schedule (In spring none the less). Quality installation as well.
I took out my F40 impellor way up north day 1 of a trip. Found part, but no service, had tools. Called Bridgeport to see if there are any 'surprises' and was told about one hidden bolt under the trim tab. Everything went perfectly. Thank to Bridgeport service guys for giving a *hit and advising. Glad I bought from you!
