12/19/24 Update: Added a few stars due to a Customer Service Manage reaching out after reading this review. I appreciate that she apologized and took accountability for the issue. She acknowledged not meeting the expected level of service. She said they have been trying to staff up and improve training. I understand the insurance market is being roiled in California and other states so cancellations and premium hikes have caused more customers to need service from their insurance agents. 0 stars! The customer service is non exsistent ....they've gone downhill since Alandale left. Shopping for new insurance service place.
Mediocre customer service. They changed to this new name and never sent out a notice. No proactive contact (over many years) to audit my current insurance needs.
