My experience was a good one. I had a lot of pain in my shoulder couldn't even lift my arm the ER Team treated me with kindness took their time explaining the situation what medications would be used and told me how to get better. Now three days later I have mobility in my left arm and shoulder with no pain.
What a great ICU department. I can’t even thank you guys enough. My mom was at the ICU department for several days and even though she passed away, I wanted to thank specially the nurses; Chris, Wendy, Denise, Majd and all the ones that I can’t remember their names for everything you guys did for her and us. I went early on a Saturday morning and I barely had to wait. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and competent.
I want to say a sincere thank you to our care team for our son today. He’s 1 and had an injury and they were so good with him. They even got him a stuffed animal to comfort him! Thank you especially to the nurse Laura for going the extra mile to comfort our sweet baby.
