Great experience with Pediatric ER. There were 4 Drs looking at my son. The support staff was legendary. Kind , helpful and I feel so relieved that their team was the people we saw. I wish I could do something for them all because they took such good care of my son.. God Bless this staff.

I’ve been here twice in the last year and everyone is so nice: from check in, security, the triage nurse, the phlebotomist, having an ekg, the doctor. Every single interaction feels like kindness and positivity. That’s so important for healing too. I wonder if they have new management or something. For example, I remember several years ago I wanted to wait outside to get fresh air bc I felt nauseated and they gave me such a hard time about it and this time I asked if it was ok and the security guard actually said he’d give t... read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my wife here for heart attack symptoms, and the care could not have been slower. We arrived around 3:30 pm on a Thursday. They were fairly quick to get her in for an EKG and then sent her back out to the waiting room for 2 hours. Then they brought her in for a chest x-ray and IV meds. Then into an internal waiting room where we sat unattended for 5 hours! It was 10 pm before we even saw a doctor. The doctor ordered another test and sent us back to the waiting room until 3 am. The absolute worst. If I could give zero stars I would . Workers at the front desk got attitude , no sympathy,nothing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to this hospital.
