We could not have been more impressed with Dr. Gustave in the emergency room. She was incredibly thorough, kind to the patient and the family, and just an overall great person. We were thrilled that she was our doctor. If we ever need to return to an emergency room, we will choose Bridgeport Hospital just because of her care.

I spent over seven hours in the ER and ultimately left without my primary concern being addressed. While I understand that patients are prioritized based on the severity of their condition, the length of the wait and lack of communication were extremely disappointing. During my visit, I was moved between multiple rooms, had my vitals taken, and then continued waiting for hours with little progress toward diagnosis or treatment. I came in this afternoon with a 02 oximeter on my finger and unable to breath or catch my breath.with super sharp rip and chest pains in multiple spots. I was blacking out. And I had to leave because I was also there this morning from 1am till 7am they gave me 8 nebuizers then I did 6 more nebuizers with my own machine after leaving At 7am.
