⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was brought by ambulance to the Bridgeport Hospital Emergency Department from I-95 North following a serious car accident on a Sunday morning. I arrived around 11 a.m. and was discharged around 5 p.m., and throughout those six hours I felt genuinely safe, cared for, and treated with tremendous kindness. We could not have been more impressed with Dr. Gustave in the emergency room. She was incredibly thorough, kind to the patient and the family, and just an overall great person. We were thrilled that she was our doctor. If we ever need to return to an emergency room, we will choose Bridgeport Hospital just because of her care.

I spent over seven hours in the ER and ultimately left without my primary concern being addressed. While I understand that patients are prioritized based on the severity of their condition, the length of the wait and lack of communication were extremely disappointing. During my visit, I was moved between multiple rooms, had my vitals taken, and then continued waiting for hours with little progress toward diagnosis or treatment.
