I understand why this place has such a poor rating. The staff here is nice for the most part but they are so slow, I been waiting in the waiting area for 45 minutes with the same patients also waiting to be called. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to get some blood drawn the only reason why im waiting is because they have my paper work and I need my labs done . I would not recommend anyone to come here and get blood work done find somewhere else this will be my last visit.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! It’s called one stop for a good reason, you’ll be stuck at that one stop all day. Receptionist are rude and they are extremely understaffed and under experienced.
