Bridgeport Healthcare Center in Portsmouth Ohio could be a decent place. I don't think the owners of Communicare actually is aware of the poor management and non professional work ethics that this team conveys. The communication between frontline staff and senior management is very poor. They have a 76% turn over rate in the last 3 years when the national average is 56%. Hell no there very careless. and rud. they. just about killed my bother. i would not send. my dog. there there. very. heartless
Don't send anyone you care about to this place because they hire people that lie all the time just because people are tired of them letting people sit on the phone all day long calling people that don't want to be harassed and aggravated all day. They have no heart and couldn't care less. Pathetic.
I truly wish there was a lower rating. You people on the evening shift need to get your act together. Administration needs to hire more help to make sure patients are cared for properly and that they are in a safe environment. That wasn't the case in my fathers recent experience. I really want to add a few things but as I type this I can feel my blood pressure rising. So I won't air it on Facebook but you can believe it will be addressed properly in the very near future!
There are very nice people who work there who are being spread way too thin--dangerously understaffed. But there are also staff there who should be fired. Extremely rude and humiliating.
The staff needs to be replaced with nurses who care about their patients and want to work. Especially a nurse named Susan. Unbelievably rude, despises her job and working with people, and lives to humiliate and embarrass her patients. I would not send a stray dog here to recuperate.
